This Privacy Policy explains how Streamer Academy handles information when users interact with our webinar services and optional Google Calendar integration.

Information we process

Streamer Academy may process information necessary to provide the webinar service, including an internal or messaging-platform user identifier, webinar registration details, selected webinar session, event status, and operational logs.

Google user data

Streamer Academy requests Google Calendar access only when a user explicitly chooses to add a webinar to Google Calendar.

The application uses the calendar.events permission to create or update the webinar event requested by the user. This may include the webinar title, date and time, webinar join link, and reminder notifications.

Streamer Academy does not use this permission to scan or analyze unrelated Google Calendar events.

OAuth tokens

Google OAuth access tokens are used transiently to complete the calendar action requested by the user. Streamer Academy does not persist Google OAuth access tokens or refresh tokens in its application database.

Data retained for calendar operations

Streamer Academy may retain limited operational records required to prevent duplicate calendar actions and maintain service reliability, such as the webinar slot, calendar action status, Google event identifier, and Google event link.

How information is used

Information is used to provide webinar registration, access to scheduled webinar sessions, Google Calendar event creation or updates requested by users, reminders, troubleshooting, security, and service reliability.

Sharing and advertising

Streamer Academy does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising.

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate and secure the service.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Streamer Academy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention

Operational information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, prevent duplicate operations, and meet applicable legal obligations.

User control

Users may revoke Streamer Academy's Google account access at any time through their Google Account permissions.

Security

Streamer Academy uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
